geMagic!

Witness my pathetic first attempt at sewing partnered with my complete lack of taste. I *love* the rhinestones and can't believe I'd never used a hot glue gun before! Let me know if you want to borrow my "GeMagic" - a knockoff bedazzler. It's easy and fun. I hope this goes without saying, but this is my upgraded parade outfit :)

As one of the lucky few who got to see this up close, I have to say that it's even more beautiful and sparkly in person! I love it. It clearly took the costume prize this year.

so! amazing! I love it, and am very jealous of your gems and the magical use of them.

I totally want to use your fake bedazzler. At first I didn't read the description and I was worried that it was a shirt for everyday. That was a bit of a panic moment for me. I can't wait to see the photos of it in action.

I think it would have been fun to let Sarah think you wore it to work on casual Fridays. Is your glue gun hot-melt or cool-melt? Did you know you can buy glitter glue sticks for it? (Just in case you find yourself in need of more bedazzling).

I really like the pocket. It appeals to me because it's sparkly, yet orderly.

Good work!!

Something this beautiful is *far* too fancy for casual Fridays :)

I have a hot-melt gun (according to the package best for fabric?) and am eager to find some glitter glue!

This geMagic thing is a hoot. I want to make all sorts of things sparkly now.

I really would like a pair of embelished jeans. I have been watching too much What Not to Wear and feel the need to jazz up my clothes.

Poor Sarah - once you see these gems up close you'll realize they don't make anything the "what not to wear" people want you to even consider putting on.

I'll bring the tackiness to Ankeny this weekend. Maybe we can craft a bit?
